Works for me -- found everything I needed.

I like it. Hasnt given me any problems, works like its supposed to.

This application does the job, but I just loved the Dashboard Widget more.

This is not exactly accurate in distance, from - to, and has a lot of very old "closed" businesss listed. There dosnt seem to be a way to tell it your home Location/address? Needs to add the catagorys Entertainment and Parks and Recreation and other points of interest… It is basic and helpful for phone numbers.

This application is terrific on many levels. 1) The search results return is an instant; 2) All contact information is provides; 3) if reviews are a factor they are provided with a star overview and individual reviews below; 4) a Google map is supplied; 5) a button to add the listing to your Address Book! That last item is valuable when youre traveling. Look up all the places you expect to go, and copy each to your Address Book. If you Address Book syncs to your iPhone (or other smartphone), you instantly have access to the contact information, which you can use during your trip - included searching for the Address Book entry in Apple Map App and utilize the turn-by-turn directions. This App is on my Dock.

I have this and the iOS version, and love them both. You can quickly search for addresses and phone numbers for businesses, and add results to your Contacts list with the click of a button. Its fantastic, because this means all relevant data is added directly, and if you have iCloud Contacts synching enabled, this means your iPhone/iPad will be immediately updated with the new contact entry.

This is useful and easy to use. Very happy with this app.

First time used and was disappointed. Found lots of returns from my one word search in my zip code, but when you click on one, all you get is an address and phone number in text form (just like the old-fashioned phone book), and whoopee, an Add to Contacts button. I dont want to create a Contact for every business I search for, only the ones that offer what I need based upon their website information, their email reply, and especially their reviews. What I need is a link to their website or their corporate website, a link to an email address that opens Mail, and/or a link to dial their phone number -- and especially Reviews! Get to work, please.

I can open the app and it stays on my screen about 2 seconds and then crashes. It’s no good to me this way!

will not load with new maverick update — keeps shutting down ? ? ?

Unfortunately this app keeps crashing. I noticed other users had similar problems when using Maverick.

Every time I try to use this App an error message appears “YellowPages quit unexpectedly”. Then I’m asked to send report to Apple. I am using MBP Mavericks with retina.

Until I upgraded to Mavericks. Now I’m having the same issues as every other poster.

Crashes at startup on Mavericks

The app stopped working in Mavericks - crashes upon launch every time. Support site has zero information and I still haven’t received a response to my email after 5 days.

This was once one of the most helpful apps I owned. The iPhone and iPad versions still work great, but the desktop version just plain stinks these days. It constantly crashes. I deleted and reinstalled the app, to no avail. Someone needs to fix this.
